Like maybe a mini-cheesecakes cupcake, or a pound cake with whipped cream and strawberries cupcake, or a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting cupcake. (I guess that's plenty of ideas for me to start with.) I'll have to keep this in mind in case I'm ever ambitious enough to not just use a cake mix.
