		<description>On the guacamole pits thing...Ina Garten says that she has never found it to work very well. She keeps hers green with lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice. My own experiments with homemade guacamole have yielded inconsistent results. Sometimes the pits thing works, sometimes not, but the lemon juice has always worked. Lots of it. Yum.</description>
