    Hello! I read your post on the 400 crepes you did a few years ago because I am wanting to do Swedish pancakes for my wedding reception. It was great and really inspired me! I was wondering, how long can you freeze them ahead of time? Swedish pancakes are almost the exact same as crepes so what works for one will work for the other. Thanks!
