I’m up at 6am, I’ve got “White Christmas” playing on Netflix, and I’m making various breads for tonight’s family Christmas party. I’m making both hearty rolls and lighter, eggy rolls. While they are rising, I’m going to do a bit of research on shaping rolls. I’ll post what I find in a little while. Happy Baking!
